I hereby join with my colleagues to improve our wages, our working conditions, and our profession. I authorize International Union, UAW, United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America to represent me for the purposes of collective bargaining with my employer over wages, benefits, working conditions and other terms and conditions of employment. I understand that I will not pay dues or fees until a contract has been democratically approved by University of Connecticut postdocs.
